Then there are those who just don’t like the standard Windows clock and would rather have a cooler widget on their desktops. These are people who need advanced time tracking in their daily activities, where every minute and every second count. But for some, even a gesture as small as this can be… well… time-consuming. Overall, Big Free Clock didn't offer anything that we hadn't already seen from similar programs, but we think it's a fine choice if you're looking for a basic clock with an adjustable display.These days, timekeeping can be as easy as looking at the right corner of your Windows screen. The program has no Help file, but it's not really needed, either all of its features are pretty easy to figure out. This turned out to be a quick fix, though all we had to do was grab a corner of the interface and drag it to adjust the numbers' proportions. Our first impression of Big Free Clock was that it was hard to read the numbers were tall and skinny and hard to distinguish from each other. There are quite a few options, too users can make the background and numbers transparent, change the number color, switch to 24-hour format, and increase and decrease the size of the numbers. The program's interface is plain, just a large digital clock with two buttons: one to minimize it, and one to display the options menu. Although it's a fairly basic utility, it comes with enough options for customization to make it interesting.
